ALL INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE MOTIVATED SELLER IS PASSED ON TO MOTIVATED LEAD BUYERS IN GOOD FAITH.

ALL DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE PASSED TO THE LEAD BUYER AS THEY HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED TO US. SHOULD THE LEAD NOT BE GENUINE WE WILL ONLY REPLACE THE LEAD IF THE HOMEOWNER HAS SUPPLIED AN INCORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER.

LEADS DO NOT COME WITH ANY GUARANTEE OF A SALE TO THE LEAD BUYER AND SERVE ONLY TO ALERT THE LEAD BUYER OF A POTENTIONAL SALE OPPORTUNITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SELLERS ABILITY TO ENTER A SALES AGREEMENT OF THE PROPERTY.

We are not Financial Advisors and are not regulated by the FSA.

We are not Estate Agents.

All Purchasers should note that our advertising states that the seller costs will be paid for up to the value of £500.

All orders are dispatched automatically via email, within 5 minutes of purchase. If our automated system fails, we reserve the right to deliver within a 48 hour timeframe.

We are not accountable for any lead failing to be secured due to the purchaser not pressing the 'return to merchant' button. We cannot be held accountable if this lead is available from other sources, as sellers often make enquiries with more than 1 cash buyer. We can only confirm that we only sell 1 lead to 1 buyer.

If you are unable to secure the deal with the seller for ANY REASON we cannot issue a refund. Refunds are only issued if the contact details are incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a lead for any reason.
